TRUFFLE BIANCHETTO FRESH WHITE SPRING ITALY PER GRAMME

The Italian Bianchetto (small white) fresh truffles from Italy. 

These small, round shaped truffles are pale coloured with a slight reddish hue, a beige internal colour and white veins. They grow from January to April (Springtime) in Italy. They have a distinctive garlic type flavour. 

We get them in on a preorder basis, delivery time usually within 72 hours Mon-Fri.
