Unique pasteurised milk soft cheese, with a soft crust wrapped in spruce bark which gives it a distinctive taste. Made in the France-Comte mountain region from November to January. Similar in style to a Vacherin cheese. Presentedd in a wood box which can be baked in an oven. Great served as a fondue.
