By Ott Rosé – AOC Côtes de Provence is a fresh and elegant Provence rosé that reflects the Ott family’s winemaking expertise and the vibrant character of southern France. Made from Grenache (60%), Cinsault (26%), Syrah (7%), and Mourvèdre (7%), it combines texture and fruitiness with freshness, depth, and length on the palate.
Bright and expressive, the nose shows yellow fruit with subtle exotic notes, while the palate balances mineral freshness with a smooth, supple texture and a delicately tangy finish. Ideal with aperitifs, seafood, salads, and Mediterranean dishes.
