This white wine has white floral aromas such as honey-suckle, jasmine, and orange blossom plus notes of honey and jasmine. A full bodied, smooth wine, tasting of peach, apricot, nectarine and spices.
The vineyards are located at Slent Farm on the slopes of the Voor-Pardeberg mountains near Paarl. There is a protected area in these mountains for the rare Cape Leopard which is the emblem of these Ayama wines.
