St Paulin cheese France 100gr

Originally created by Trappist monks in Saint Paulin, this cheese is made with pasteurised cow’s milk. It has a mild flavoured with a medium texture. The washed rind crust is slightly orange in colour and the centre of the cheese is pale cream in colour. Made in the Cantal region of France.
