Pernod is a spirit created in 1805 in Paris by Henri-Louis Pernod. Originally made with wormwood and other herbs it was a popular drink in the Parisian cafe society.
Today the spirit is made with star-anise, aromatic plants and herbs.
Mix with cold water for a refreshing long drink.
Produced and bottled in France
