Ingredients: Water, Mustard seeds (origin Burgundy-France), White wine (16.7%)(with sulphites), Spirit vinegar, Salt, Mustard seed husks (with sulphites), Sugar, Spices. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.
