Ingredients: Water, Mustard seeds (origin Burgundy-France), Spirit vinegar, Salt, Aromatic herbs, Leaves of tarragon (origin France)(0.9%), Antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite (0.2%), Natural flavour of tarragon, Acid: citric acid, Sugar, Spices, Colour: Brilliant blue FCF. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.

This mustard from Fallot is made from a combination of black and brown mustard seeds, that are then mixed with fresh tarragon leaves. This mustard pairs beautifully as a part of a salad dressing or with your choice of white meat.
