Traditional Dijon mustard made with red peppers, garlic, paprika, extra virgin olive oil and herbs de Provence. Made in Burgundy, France. 

Ingredients: Water, Mustard seeds (origin-Burgundy-France), Red peppers (16%), Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Flavour, Extra virgin olive oil, Antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite (0.2%), Acid: citric acid, Tumeric. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.

This unique mustard combines tomatoes, red bell peppers, and Herbs de Provence to create a beautiful flavor to brighten any sandwich or white fish. This mustard is good enough to eat right out of the jar or on a piece of fresh baguette.
