Ingredients: Water, Spirit vinegar, Mustard seeds, Mustard seed husks, Aromatic herbs (5.8%), Salt, Sugar, Antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, Acid: citric acid, Natural flavour of tarragon, Spices.

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.

This mild brown Dijon mustard is distinguished by its pleasantly sweet flavour, and adds a velvety, mildly spiced flavour to all your meals and dressings.
