Traditional stone-ground Dijon mustard made with green peppercorn. Made in Beaune, France.

Ingredients: Water, Mustard seeds (origin Burgundy-France), Spirit vinegar, Salt, Green peppercorn (origin Madagascar) (3%), Antioxidant: Potassium metabisulphite (0.2%), Acid: Citric acid, Tumeric. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.

The bright and spicy notes of green peppercorn are blended perfectly with dijon to create a delightfully pungent addition to any sandwich or burger. Made the old fashioned way, this mustard contains only the highest quality ingredients and is full of rich flavor. We love this mustard in a sauce for a steak or roast, or whipped right into mashed potatoes.
