Traditional Dijon mustard stone-ground flavoured with basil. Made in Burgundy, France.

Ingredients: Water, Mustard seeds (origin Burgundy – France), White wine (17%) (with sulphites), Spirit vinegar, Basil (origin France, Spain, Portugal) (8%), Salt, Basil flavour, Antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite (0.2%), Acid: citric acid, Tumeric. Store in refrigerator after opening. 

Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker through the process of grinding the mustard seed using stone wheels which avoids the heating of the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of the mustard.

Made from black and brown mustard seeds and blended with fresh basil leaves, this mustard is extremely versatile in the kitchen.
