Vinification & Ageing: Fermentation: Traditional in oak barrels with full malolactic fermentation
Ageing: Minimum 10 months in French oak barrels (25% new) from Louis Latour cooperage, medium toast
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green highlights. Aromas of honey, acacia, and almond. The generous palate features toasted almond notes with fine acidity and a subtle saline finish, offering elegance and freshness.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with charcuterie, shellfish, or fish for a sophisticated dining experience.
