Chardonnay Grand Ardèche 2022 France

Louis Latour Grand Ardèche 2022 is a Chardonnay from the clay and limestone soils of the Ardèche valley. Produced from carefully selected vineyards, this wine combines Burgundy tradition with innovative craftsmanship, resulting in an elegant, expressive white wine.

Fermented traditionally in oak barrels with full malolactic fermentation. Aged for a minimum of 10 months in French oak barrels (25% new) from Louis Latour cooperage with a medium toast.

THis Chardonnay has a pale yellow colour with green highlights. It smells of honey, acacia, and almond. It tastes of toasted almonds with a fine acidity and a subtle saline finish, offering elegance and freshness.

Serve this Chardonnay with an aperitif, or with charcuterie, shellfish, or fish for a great dining experience. SGH
