Bollinger Special Cuvée is the emblematic non-vintage Champagne of the House of Bollinger, celebrated for over a century for its consistent style, elegance, and complexity.

This lively and fresh Champagne is made from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier grapes. 85% picked in Grand Cru and Premier crus vineyards. The reserve wines are aged 7–15 years in magnums.
Dosage: 7–8 g/L. Aging is twice the minimum required by appellation rules

This beautiful champagne has a golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. There is a complex bouquet of ripe fruits, roasted apples, compote, peaches, and subtle spice.  In the mouth one gets a sensation of elegant, structured, and lively tastes with notes of pear, brioche, fresh walnut, gentle spice and a velvety mousse.
