Tiramisu Limoncello
Lemon flavoured Tiramisu


  • 1 Packet savoiardi Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 500ml Marscapone cheee
  • 1 Jar Tiptree Lemon curd
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 125ml Limoncello
  • 275ml Double cream
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 200ml milk
  • 200ml sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract


  1. Take Mascarpone out of fridge until it is at room temperature about 30 inutes
  2. Put the the egg yolks, milk and sugar into a Double boiler and whisk until mixture starts to thicken.
  3. Once cool, whisk in the mascarpone cheese until smooth
  4. In a separate bowl whisk the cream and vanilla essence until it thickens
  5. In a small glass mix the Limoncello and lemon juice together
  6. Dip the Savoiardi biscuits in the liquid quickly
  7. You can then assemble the Tiramisu in a large dish or small individual glass bowls
  8. Make a layer of the biscuits
  9. Top the biscuits with a layer of mascarpone, followed by a layer of lemon curd, then a layer of thick cream
  10. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream
  11. Cover the serving dish or individual dishes and chill overnight in the fridge.
