Petit dessert aux myrtilles et framboises
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 almond meringue from the French Market shop
- 100g blueberries
- 100g raspberries
- 150ml full cream yoghurt
- Spoonful almond flakes (Optional)
Directions:
- Lightly break the almond meringue into pieces
- Place pieces in 2 glass bowls
- Spoon the yoghurt over the meringue pieces and stir lightly together
- Distribute the berries evenly over the top of the yoghurt
- Lightly toast the almond flakes in a dry frying pan and sprinkle over the top (Optional).
