Amuse-Bouche de vols aux vents au Brie
Mini pastries filled with Brie

Ingredients for 8 bite sized servings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to a gentle 160C
  2. Cut the Brie into small pieces to fit into each mini vols au vent
  3. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the Brie melts
  4. Remove from oven
  5. Spoon a small blob of Fig and truffle preserve over the Brie and serve straight away

Amuse-Bouche chevre cremeux au truffe noir
Creamy goat’s cheese with black truffle topped with truffle honey

Ingredients for 8 bite sized servings

Directions:

  1. Lightly toast the blinis in a dry frying pan so that they crisp a little
  2. Remove from pan and allow to cool
  3. Toss the walnuts in the dry frying pan over a medium heat until lightly roasted, then cool
  4. Thickly spread the blini with the goat’s cheese
  5. Place the walnut on top
  6. Drizzle truffle flavoured honey over the walnut and cheese
