Emiette au framboise
Raspberry crumble
Ingredients for 4 servings :
- 125gr flour
- 125gr white sugar (you can mix white with some golden or brown sugar)
- 100gr unsalted butter
- 400gr raspberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Cut the butter into small pieces
- In a large bowl, mix flour and sugar together
- Add the butter and rub into the flour and sugar with the fingertips, until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
- Place the raspberries across the base of a baking dish
- Cover completely with the crumb mixture
- Bake for 35 minutes
