Vols aux vents aux figures et creme de marrons
Vols aux vents with figs and creme de marrons
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tube Clement Faugier Crème de Marrons from the French Market shop
- 75ml thick cream
- 12 fresh small Evita figs from the French Market shop
- 1 pack of mini vols aux vents from the French Market shop
- Honey (optional)
Directions:
- Wash the figs and remove the stems
- Slice into quarters
- In a small bowl mix the cream and creme de marron with a spoon until blended
- Hollow out the lid from the inside of the vols aux vents to give space for the filling
- Optional – If you wish to have a very sweet dish then add a drop of honey into the centre of the vols aux vents
- Spoon the crème de marron and cream mixture equally in each vol aux vents
- Top the mixture with a few slices of figs
- Place in fridge until serving
