Tricolour fruit dish

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 1 x 250g blueberries
  • 1 x 250g Strawberries
  • 1 x 250g Crème fraiche
  • 100g sliced almonds

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry the fruits
  2. Remove the hull from the strawberries and slice the strawberries
  3. Mix the crème fraiche with the sliced almonds
  4. Divide the fruit into 4 servings
  5. In 4 separate glass serving bowls arrange vertically, starting with a layer of strawberries
  6. Top the strawberries with a layer of crème fraiche and almonds
  7. Top the crème fraiche with a layer of blueberries
  8. Alternatively if you have wider, shallow glass bowls you can arrange this horizontally with a strip of Blueberries on the left, a central strip of crème fraiche and a strip of strawberries on the right.

Serve chilled, accompanied by a glass of Tribaut Schloesser Rose champagne available from the French Market shop.
