Tricolore des fruits
Tricolour fruit dish
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 x 250g blueberries
- 1 x 250g Strawberries
- 1 x 250g Crème fraiche
- 100g sliced almonds
Directions:
- Wash and dry the fruits
- Remove the hull from the strawberries and slice the strawberries
- Mix the crème fraiche with the sliced almonds
- Divide the fruit into 4 servings
- In 4 separate glass serving bowls arrange vertically, starting with a layer of strawberries
- Top the strawberries with a layer of crème fraiche and almonds
- Top the crème fraiche with a layer of blueberries
- Alternatively if you have wider, shallow glass bowls you can arrange this horizontally with a strip of Blueberries on the left, a central strip of crème fraiche and a strip of strawberries on the right.
Serve chilled, accompanied by a glass of Tribaut Schloesser Rose champagne available from the French Market shop.
