Tartelette au fruit de pitaya
Dragon fruit tartlet

Ingredients for 4

Directions:

  1. Defrost the pastry tartlets
  2. Prick the tartlet bases with a fork
  3. Cover with greaseproof paper and bake at 180C for 10 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool
  5. Smear the inside ofthe tartlet cases with strawberry jam
  6. Peel and thinly slice the Dragon fruit and layer in the tartlet cases
  7. Spoon the thick yoghurt over the Dragon fruit and place in fridge
  8. Just before serving dig into the granita to separate into loose crystals and sprinkle these over the yoghurt

Serve straight away as the granita melts fast. Accompany this dessert with a light sparkling wine such as the Italian Prosecco available from the French Market shop or order online on our website.
