The final week for Christmas shopping has finally arrived, it is almost impossible to imagine the year has gone so fast. We 
spend so much time preplanning for this period. Panettones are booked in June and arrive at end of October and Cheese gets booked 6 weeks ahead. We have so much stock its always hard to imagine that it will move. As you can understand we are working almost non stop so my letter is really brief this week, I am just highlighting a few ideas to enhance your Festive celebrations. The Buches de Noel will be delivered to our shop tomorrow, we will have
different styles for you to chose from.
The shops in Cape Town are full with many visitors enjoying our beautiful sunny city. Our Shoppping centre has organised extra tables so that we can really show off our beautiful Festive products. We have a table outside our shop loaded with Panettones, Baci chocolates and new Austrian chocolates filled with the liqueurs. These classic Christmas treats are filled with with brandies or fruit liqueurs.
Inside our shop we have packed our fridges to the brim with the most beautiful French cheese, there are cheeses from across France, rich and creamy, runny and smelly, firm and full of flavour – there is a perfect cheese for everyone. One of the specialities is the small triple cream delice with a layer of truffle cream.
We have plenty of of caviar from Italy and Madagascar. We keep stock in the shop of the Baerii from Madagascar and Oscietra. We can provide Beluga from Italy on a preorder basis.
In the Italian fresh truffle world the Black Autumn season is ending and the fresh white truffle season has just started. We fly them down on a preorder basis. These white truffles can range in size from 15 grams up to a monster 50gr. Do ask me if you want more details. 
We have also stocked on celebration drinks such as beautiful Louis Roederer champagnes, Cognacs, Calvados, Armagnac, Kirsch and Pear liqueurs plus lots of beautiful French wines from across France. We have LA Cuvee Champagne from Laurent Perrrier which comes in a gift box with 2 champagne flutes.
