This Rosé Champagne is a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir, sourced from eight prime vineyards in the Marne Valley and Montagne de Reims. With 20% aged in oak casks and 24 months on lees, it develops delicate complexity and finesse.
Pale in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. Tere are aromas of red berries and citrus leading to a fresh, vibrant palate, balanced and elegant.
