The Cristal identity is unique, original and truly unlike any other in the history of the fine wines from the Champagne region.Â
The blend is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes grown in the grand cru vineyards. Tthe purity of the chalk in which these vines are grown shines through and offers a perfect symbiosis of maturity and freshness. 25% of the wine is aged in oak. Aging is upto 8 years.
This champagne has an aroma of yellow fruits, toasted almonds and wheat. The texture is silky with tastes of candied citrus and spices finishing with oaky and saline notes.
