Boudoir Biscuits, also known as Lady Fingers biscuits, are long, delicate, finger shaped biscuits topped with a light dusting of sugar. They used to be served in the Lady’s Boudoir (dressing room) with a cup of tea or coffee. Nowadays these biscuits still accompany a cup of coffee or they are used as an ingredient to make a Tiramisu, Trifles and Charlottes. 

 Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat flour 40% , Fresh  eggs 29%, glucose-fructose syrup, yeast raising powder: ammonium carbonates, milk proteins, acidity corrector: citric acid.
