 Recipe 2014-01 Marquise au Chocolat: A decadently rich chocolate mousse which I first tasted as a student in France and fell in love with it. This is an ideal desert for a festive dinner party. Date created 3rd January 2014

Re cipe 2014 -12 Cuisses de Canard a la sauce de Cassis. Slow cooked duck legs in wine, basted with a cassis sauce. Served with honey carrots and Potato and Chestnut puree. Date created 21st March 2014
